Upskilling Training Program

14 और 15 जून सूरत BJS ( भारतीय जैन संगठन ) ने 2 दिन का training program organise किया उन सब trainers के लिए जो already स्मार्ट गर्ल ट्रेनर्स है ( it's an adolescent girls training program run by BJS in all over India ) I participated with my whole heart. It was fun to meet all other trainers who came from other states also .

फिर बारी आई , फिर से demo ( retest to show how effectively you are going to deliver this program with teenage girls) सही बताऊं तो हम सब डरे हुए थे वो स्कूल वाली exam feeling अंदर दौड़ रही थी पर उस पड़ाव को पार करके मजा आया और उसे पड़ाव के बाद मुझे एहसास हुआ चाहे स्कूल वाले exam अब नहीं देने पडते पर ये बात भी सच है हमारी लाइफ में जो

FULL STOP 🛑 वाली feeling होती है ना जो कहती रहती है 'मुझे सब आता है', 'सीखने की उम्र चली गई' ……वगैरा-वगैरा…… छोटे-बड़े challenges से वो

Feeling हट जाती है और जिंदगी फिर से जवान लगने लगती है कुछ नया करने की ऊर्जा कुछ चैलेंजिंग करने की ऊर्जा फिर से मन मे भर जाती है।

So Give Some Challenge To Your-Self Small Or Big doesn't Matter And Give Power of Excitement 😉 To Your Life.
